Stacy helped us when we needed an evaluation of our property. She was able to give us the sale value of similar properties in our area in order to estimate the value of our home. We asked Stacy to show us a property that we were interested in. The property was listed at a price that we thought was too high. She kept a watch on the property for a year while it went on and off the market, when the price was right she let us know and we were able to negotiate the perfect deal.

Stacy is an excellent realtor and a lovely person to work with. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Stacy is very patient and makes you feel like you are her only client. She listens to what you are looking for and works hard to find your dream home in your price range. Stacy is not pushy and puts your needs and desires above "closing the deal". We found a friend when we found Stacy as a real estate agent! We were buying in Montana while living in Minnesota....we had lots of questions and not just a few anxieties which Stacy was right there to address. With her good advice and support we made this decision to buy and have been confident that it was a good move. We found Stacy to be very friendly and personable, but more important she was so approachable. I feared at the time that she may be weary of us, but I was always met with an eagerness to help and a gracious resolve to any hurtles we were facing. We have such good feelings about our purchase there in Montana and Stacy is a big part of the reason!!!

Stacy was great to work with! Stacy was available when we needed her and willing to work around our busy schedules. Willing to go the extra mile, Stacy even read through several years of old HOA meeting notes to answer questions on properties for us.
